Is it important to have an anti-sway bar?

When it comes to safety, the anti-sway bar is a must.

It helps to prevent the trailer from wobbling and provides greater driving safety in the event of an obstacle or emergency maneuver. It is often installed by dealers and is relatively inexpensive.

It has tension controls that are hand tightened and must be adjusted according to road conditions. Excessive tightening will result in reduced turning capabilities. Conversely, insufficient tightening will prevent the anti-sway bar from functioning effectively and will hamper its task of avoiding swinging the trailer.

The anti-roll bar is not available as standard equipment on our trailers, because several owners of trailers already have one.
